We collect only the information needed to provide our services: account details you give us (such as name, work email and company), information you share in an access request, and limited technical data required to operate and secure the service, such as log and session data.
How we use it
We use your information to review access requests, provide and maintain our services, communicate with you about your account, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train general-purpose models.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorised personnel on a least-privilege basis, and every account is reviewed manually before it is approved. We monitor our systems and document changes.
We collect basic browser and device details on sign-in to protect accounts and block abuse.
EXAMPLE: These security and anti-abuse device signals (such as browser, graphics, fonts, screen and time zone) are collected only on sign-in and access-request pages, used only to protect accounts and prevent abuse, never sold or used for advertising, and deleted automatically after a limited retention period.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Declined access requests are deleted after a limited period. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. We will respond within a reasonable time.
